Candidates must possess 8+ years of product management experience in technology, technology-enabled services, or SaaS products. Experience utilizing data and primary research for solution design and decision-making is essential. A strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, including data architecture, front-end workflows, integration, and AI, is required. Experience leading Agile/Scrum teams and developing healthcare technology, call center, or AI products is necessary. Proficiency in end-user design practices and excellent organizational and communication skills for stakeholder management are also required. Preferred qualifications include strong organizational and time-management skills, a proven track record with internal platform products, and the ability to create clear documentation for complex technical concepts.
The Senior Technical Product Manager will partner with business owners to define project goals, solution scope, and implementation plans, cultivating a shared vision for the problem space. They will be responsible for the ongoing optimization of live user workflows and capabilities, monitoring key metrics, and gathering user feedback. This role involves working with internal teams and end-users to understand requirements, design solutions, test hypotheses with data, and support execution. The Product Manager will write detailed user stories for new features, including business rationale, requirements, and success criteria. They will also develop short- and long-term roadmaps to deliver maximum value and assume ongoing iteration, owning the roadmap for internal platforms to enhance service offerings and enable patient intervention tracking.
