Requirements

Candidates should have 8+ years of product management experience with B2B offerings and demonstrated expertise in shipping external monetizable products to technical audiences. Experience defining, launching, selling, and scaling successful products with proven business impact, ideally from the ground up, is required. Successful experience in executive presentations, strong analytical skills with experience building customer-facing analytics products, and the ability to work with large datasets to translate data insights into customer-facing products are also necessary. Candidates must be able to engage with senior leaders at large enterprises on talent benchmarking, workforce analytics, and industry standards, and possess excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts and lead cross-functional teams. Responsibilities

The Principal Technical Product Manager will lead the development of industry-defining benchmarking and analytics products leveraging interview data to transform how companies understand and measure technical talent. Responsibilities include defining the roadmap for data products, evaluating how to leverage the interview dataset for industry-leading benchmarking and analytics, and collaborating with leadership to shape Karat's strategy. The role involves leading the development of innovative data and benchmarking products, prioritizing features, and partnering with engineering, data science, and UX teams. The individual will transform the interview dataset into actionable benchmarking products, design products that provide industry insights and competitive intelligence, and develop frameworks for measuring and comparing talent. They will interface with customer executives, monitor performance metrics, partner with Go-to-Market teams on expansion strategies, and develop business cases for monetizing new offerings. Collaboration with data science teams on advanced analytics methodologies and ensuring seamless integration with existing customer workflows are also key responsibilities.
