Requirements

Requires 8+ years of product management experience in healthcare technology, technology-enabled services, or SaaS products. Must have experience with data and primary research for solution design, understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile/Scrum methodologies, and product development experience in healthcare technology. Preferred knowledge includes intermediate understanding of EHR data integration and standards like FHIR, QRDA, CCDA, SNOMED CT, LOINC, ICD-10, CPT, and RxNorm, familiarity with software development environments and basic coding/scripting, and basic understanding of clinical workflows. Experience with clinical datasets for patient record linkage, data integration, and interoperability is also preferred, as is experience applying NLP/ML techniques for extracting insights from free-text data.

Responsibilities

The Senior Technical Product Manager will partner with business owners, data analysts, engineers, and clinical informaticists to define project goals, scope, implementation, and rollout plans. Responsibilities include expanding the platform's ability to ingest, standardize, and serve clinical data at scale, identifying and productionizing AI/ML capabilities for clinical insights and data quality, and bridging the gap between business needs and platform capabilities. Key duties involve cultivating shared visions, optimizing live user workflows, developing detailed user stories with measurable outcomes, and creating short- and long-term roadmaps. The role also entails monitoring key metrics, gathering user feedback, and supporting teams throughout execution.
