They should have a proven track record of end-to-end product ownership, including strategy, definition, and launch, and be comfortable conducting user interviews and making user-centric product decisions. A strong sense of design and excellent written communication skills for an async, remote environment are also necessary.
The Senior Product Manager will own the core product, shaping its future direction by collaborating closely with the CEO and engineering team. Responsibilities include conducting user research, developing product strategy and roadmaps, prioritizing engineering tasks, and working cross-functionally with subject matter experts and the design team to create wireframes and user value. They will also drive collaboration, integrate diverse perspectives, document decisions, and ensure efficient written communication across the distributed team.
