Requirements

The candidate should possess 5+ years of product management experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably with scale-ups or startups. A background in equity-related product lines and experience with product-led growth (PLG) are preferred but not required. The role demands demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously, leading initiatives and driving growth with minimal supervision. Strong operational and negotiation skills are essential for seamless stakeholder management, along with a solid understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) principles.

Responsibilities

The Senior Product Manager will build a clear vision, strategy, and execution path for the equity and extras product areas, which include equity offerings, work spaces, consulting, and health insurance. This role involves working cross-functionally to gather and address diverse product line needs, leveraging core PM skills to drive progress through the entire product development lifecycle. Responsibilities include collaborating with product designers, engineers, and product experts to execute the vision and deliver exceptional results, while balancing core product development with high-priority client escalations in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
