Requirements

The Senior Product Manager should possess 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a SaaS environment, along with strong analytical skills and SQL proficiency. Experience with Kanban development methodologies and product management tools such as JIRA is required, and a strong understanding of translating business goals into defined requirements is essential.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Product Manager, the candidate will be responsible for defining and prioritizing product features and requirements, managing the product backlog, owning the discovery and delivery phases of the product development lifecycle, executing the product strategy and roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting market research and competitive analysis, coordinating customer discovery calls, analyzing customer feedback and usage data, ensuring successful product launches, establishing KPIs and metrics, building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, and helping define and improve product development processes. They will also take ownership of entire software features and make decisive decisions while keeping stakeholders informed.
