Responsibilities

  • Define, shape, and articulate the vision for new digital products and capabilities across the enterprise
  • Lead discovery efforts to understand user pain points, business challenges, and opportunities for breakthrough digital experiences
  • Translate insights into product vision, multi-phase roadmaps, and clear value propositions
  • Partner with client executives and stakeholders to reimagine their product landscape using modern product, design, and engineering principles
  • Work closely with product owner coaches and delivery teams to ensure strategic alignment and smooth execution
  • Define the next generation of product experiences, including agent-based interactions and AI-enabled workflows
  • Bring a strong point of view on how modern products should be built, validated, and evolved
  • Operate across multiple workstreams and squads, functioning as the “two steps ahead” vision-setter for the entire portfolio
