Requirements

5+ years of Product Management or relevant work experience
Passion for understanding complex business challenges and translating them into elegant solutions
Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and comfortable with ambiguity
Bachelor’s degree
Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the USA
Experience with data modeling
Experience in JIRA, Confluence
Demonstrated expertise in design, product development, and strategic planning
Undergraduate or graduate degree in computer science or engineering (Nice to Have)
Experience in the clinical trials industry (Nice to Have)

Responsibilities

Own and design product features from start to finish, including user stories, functional & non-functional requirements, feature specifications, quality control checks
Interview Customers and Industry Experts to understand the business needs and pursue problems with curiosity and tenacity
Manage the prioritization of features within your product area
Author high-quality design specifications within an agile methodology based upon industry and downstream systems/customer requirements
Support release and sprint planning to ensure product enhancements support the needs of internal and external customers at the right time and in the right sequence
Collaborate closely with Development, QA, DevOps, and Product Management to ensure products are built and delivered with quality
Acquire deep subject matter expertise in Clinical Trial Data
