Senior Product Manager (AP / Procurement)

They will develop strategic direction and make effective decisions through domain expertise and facilitation with company experts. The role involves acting as a strong customer advocate, representing customer needs through curiosity, insight, and empathy, and championing their needs to improve their experience and drive value. Responsibilities also include operating within a modern product development process using rapid prototyping, fast experimentation, and AI tools, identifying how AI can unlock better solutions faster, and collaborating across the company to build alignment, share context, and ensure product decisions are grounded in customer insight and cross-functional collaboration. The Senior Product Manager will lead with clarity and purpose, driving decisions that balance customer needs, technical realities, and business goals, and will contribute to product direction by shaping product strategy and informing roadmap decisions.
