Senior Product Manager

Position Overview

As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our employee recognition and engagement platform. You will contribute to strategy and roadmap decisions, and be heavily involved in the execution of multiple, consecutive key product initiatives—including AI-driven features and core product enhancements, with a focus on seamless UX and scalable solutions. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams in India and design and sales/customer success teams in the US to deliver high-impact products that drive customer satisfaction and business growth. You will join a lean, close-knit, cross-functional team that fosters innovation, collaboration, and growth. We lead with empathy and accountability, within our teams and also with our customers!

Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap

• Contribute to, and execute our product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our AI-powered products and core product features; your expertise and input are incredibly valuable!
• Define and measure key product metrics, with a strong focus on feature adoption, lifecycle, and churn reduction, with an accountability mindset for the features we develop.
• Prioritize features based on business impact, customer needs, and technical feasibility; experience with enterprise readiness is a plus!

Execution and Agility

• Write exquisite product requirement documents (PRDs) based on a comprehensive vision for the feature and deep product knowledge, including UX and functional requirements.
• Think big-picture for product initiatives and strategy, but also flex your ability to break ideas down into smaller, detailed, actionable, and deliverable chunks.
• Manage multiple, concurrent feature development initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Adapt quickly to occasional changes in priority and roadmap shifts, with a strong acumen for prioritizing quick delivery without compromising value.

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Work closely with a globally-distributed sales/success/engineering/product team spread across the US, Europe, and India, for all things related to product strategy, execution, and growth.
• Partner directly with engineering teams in India to support the full feature development lifecycle and facilitate timely launches.
• Collaborate closely with our product designer in the US to ideate and iterate on feature UX/UI and requirements.
• Provide support to our US-based sales and success teams for product questions and issues.
• Communicate effectively and visibly across teams.

AI & UX Innovation

• Lead the ideation, development, and launch of AI-driven features (e.g., personalized recognition, admin and manager reporting, suggested actions in the platform, etc.).
• Be aware of evolving AI technologies and innovations, and how we can apply that to our quickly-evolving product strategy.
• Conceptualize features from inception, to execution, to post-launch enhancements and future iterations.
• Collaborate with product design early in product ideation, with expertise creating low-fidelity wireframing, user flow charts, etc., working closely throughout the product design process to create detailed and intuitive product requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

• 4+ years of product management experience in SaaS, preferably in HR tech, employee engagement, or recognition software.
• Proven track record of launching AI/ML-powered products.
• Strong and proven understanding of foundational UX principles and heuristics—from inception, to execution, to future iterations.
• Holistic feature acumen - deep comprehensive platform knowledge.
• Exceptional execution skills—agile mentality and communication skills, especially with remote team collaboration.
• Experience working with globally distributed teams (engineering in India, design and business teams in the US).
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management—able to articulate complex ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
