Senior Product Designer, ITRC (Remote)

The Senior Product Designer will be a self-starter, discovering high-value opportunities and prioritizing ruthlessly to maximize user and business impact. They will lead multiple strategic projects end-to-end, supporting other team members to ensure success. This role involves driving the end-to-end design lifecycle for core platform concepts, collaborating with product managers, engineers, customers, and subject-matter experts to balance business needs, user needs, and engineering feasibility. The designer will influence key product decisions by independently designing experiments and performing research, raising the design bar by creating innovative, intuitive, and user-centric experiences. They will take responsibility for the quality and success of their designs, consistently measuring success and tying it back to business-relevant outcomes. Furthermore, they will shape AuditBoard's design lifecycle, contribute to user experience vision and user interface standards for the entire product suite, and help evolve the product toward a unified design vision that drives significant business value.
