The Senior UX Designer will own the UX strategy and execution for a product area, translating complex business and technical goals into user-centric design solutions and driving iterative, data-informed design decisions. They will collaborate deeply with product managers, developers, and data scientists to deliver modular, scalable solutions, serve as the go-to Figma expert for maintaining a design system, and partner with front-end developers for seamless design-to-dev handoff. Responsibilities also include incorporating user insights into design decisions, designing for data-intensive B2B interfaces, maintaining awareness of social trends and marketing workflows, and leading collaboration with supporting designers.
