Candidates should have at least 8 years of experience as a product designer, with a strong background in collaborating closely with engineering and product partners. Experience in working with data and managing technical complexity is essential, along with a proven track record of end-to-end ownership of meaningful features or surfaces. Applicants should demonstrate their advocacy for end-users through product experiences and have shipped products that simplify complex workflows, iterating based on customer usage and feedback. Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, JavaScript/React, and CSS is a plus, as is experience in fast-paced environments with quick delivery cycles.
The Senior Product Designer will drive a significant and complex product area forward by shaping the vision and owning execution. They will delight customers by designing high-quality products that deliver meaningful value and champion user empathy throughout the design process. Responsibilities include identifying and driving design opportunities, collaborating with engineering and product partners to deliver excellent products, and working end-to-end to establish vision and ensure high-quality solutions. The designer will also partner with researchers and product managers to leverage customer insights and deliver robust design solutions while utilizing and extending Snowflake’s Design System.
