Requirements
The Senior Visual Designer (UX/UI) should possess a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual design and user experience design, with a focus on mobile applications. Experience with design systems, motion design, and accessibility standards is highly desirable. A bachelor’s degree in design or a related field is preferred, along with a deep understanding of visual trends and a passion for creating engaging and intuitive user interfaces.
Responsibilities
This role requires defining and refining a new visual direction for the mobile healthcare app, leading the development of a modern visual identity, and elevating the user experience through thoughtful visual design. The Senior Visual Designer will expand and mature the Twin design system, ensuring consistency and accessibility, and crafting high-fidelity mockups, visual assets, and prototypes. They will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop concepts, iterate on ideas, and create delightful, user-validated experiences, exploring motion design and micro-interactions to enhance usability and impact. Finally, they will articulate design rationale and concepts, and work with internal users to validate design decisions.
