Requirements

Candidates should possess extensive experience as an IC product designer, demonstrated through a portfolio showcasing mastery of end-to-end design craft, including simplicity, typography, interaction design, and UI design. Preference is given to candidates with experience designing complex solutions for complete digital environments, particularly in Fintech, HR tech, B2B, or SaaS. Demonstrated ability to autonomously own design for a team or feature area, coupled with experience in case studies that illustrate the full design process from insight gathering to optimization, is required. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and persuasive communication in fluent English are also essential.

Responsibilities
