Requirements

Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in product design, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment. Proven expertise in designing B2B products with complex workflows is required, ideally in the customer verification or fraud prevention space. A strong portfolio demonstrating design process, user-centered designs, and real-world product impact is necessary. Proficiency in design, prototyping, and building design systems using Figma is essential, along with excellent communication skills to present design concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

The Senior Product Designer will lead the entire product design process from initial concept to final execution, including research, wireframing, prototyping, and UI design. They will collaborate with leadership, product, and engineering teams to conceptualize and design the next generation of the product. The designer will work with the Creative Director to ensure product consistency with the brand’s overall aesthetic and tone. They are expected to improve upon and maintain design systems, conduct user research and usability testing, and propose design improvements proactively.
