Responsibilities/Mission

As a Product Designer at Zefir, you’ll shape intuitive and impactful user experiences across our entire product ecosystem. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Leading end-to-end design processes: from user research and discovery, through ideation and prototyping, to delivery and iteration.
  • Designing thoughtful UX and pixel-perfect UI: crafting user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, ensuring scalable and visually coherent designs ready for development.
  • Measuring impact and iterating continuously: defining and tracking success metrics using tools like Hotjar, Amplitude, and NPS to continuously refine your designs based on data-driven insights.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally: closely working with Product Managers, Engineers, Operations, and stakeholders, ensuring design feasibility and seamless implementation.
  • Contributing to the Design System and design culture: maintaining and expanding our design system, creating reusable components, and actively participating in team rituals such as reviews and retrospectives.
  • Bridging tech, business, and product strategy: balancing engineering constraints with business outcomes, making design decisions aligned with strategic company goals.
