Responsibilities

As a Product Designer at Zefir, you will lead end-to-end design processes including user research, ideation, prototyping, and iteration, design thoughtful UX and pixel-perfect UI, measure impact and iterate continuously using tools like Hotjar and Amplitude, collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers, Engineers, Operations, and stakeholders, contribute to the Design System and design culture by maintaining and expanding it, and bridge tech, business, and product strategy by balancing engineering constraints with business outcomes and making design decisions aligned with strategic company goals.
