Requirements
Candidates should have 4+ years of experience in product management or a hybrid PM/UX role, ideally in SaaS or productivity software, and a portfolio demonstrating impact on business and user outcomes. They should possess firsthand experience with or strong empathy for the pain points of creating presentations, and be comfortable using Figma to build and communicate product flows and interface ideas.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Product Designer, you will own key product initiatives across the funnel—from user acquisition to retention and monetization, define how features work and feel by mapping UX flows, prototyping interactions, and creating designs in Figma, partner with engineering to define requirements, prioritize work, and guide execution, work closely with analytics to generate and validate hypotheses through data and research, validate solutions by talking to users, running surveys, and synthesizing insights, collaborate with marketing, customer success, and sales to ensure consistent experience and messaging, synthesize and share learnings from experiments and feature launches, and iterate based on outcomes. Additionally, you will champion our product values and help evolve product processes as we scale.
