An excellent portfolio demonstrating product thinking and previous UX/UI work for web products is required. Applicants must possess the ability to transition between user experience design, interface design, and visual design, along with a critical eye for detail and a focus on user-centered experiences. Strong collaboration skills are essential, as the role involves working closely with engineers, data analysts, customer success managers, and company founders.
The Product Designer will collaborate with the engineering team to ship great products, carrying out research, brainstorming, sketching, and prototyping. They will establish consistent design patterns for the design system and partner with the product manager and engineering manager to define the roadmap. The designer will facilitate user research sessions, create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes, ensuring that the final product aligns with the design intent.
