Demonstrated ability to become a trusted advisor to senior executives and facilitate customer success through strategic planning, business value identification, road mapping, and defining execution strategies including governance frameworks and managing large enterprise programs is required.
The Customer Outcomes Platform Architect will help customers establish a strong technical foundation in the ServiceNow Platform and design solutions that drive business outcomes. This involves establishing and supporting best practices for instance strategy, technical governance, core data, integrations, and overall platform health. The role includes developing relationships with C-suite and business leaders, translating business objectives into outcomes via customer roadmaps, and interacting with customer architecture personnel to analyze and translate business and technical requirements into architectural blueprints. Additionally, the architect will position ServiceNow as the system of action, advise on technical governance domains and processes, guide remediation of configurations not aligned with best practices, establish delivery operating model governance, advocate for ServiceNow's advisory leading practices and industry use cases, contribute thought leadership, and guide customers through prescriptive solution design and technical implementation decisions.
