Requirements

Candidates must have 3-5 years of full cycle recruitment experience, proficiency in MS Office, and strong technical ability to learn new systems. Workday experience or previous experience with formalized applicant tracking systems (ATS) is required, along with experience sourcing passive candidates and knowledge of physician recruiting industry resources. Demonstrated ability to create and execute research, sourcing, and mapping strategies, as well as experience presenting information to leadership, is also necessary. The position requires residency in one of the specified Primary Care Organization (PCO) locations.

Responsibilities

The Senior Physician Recruiter will lead high-level physician sourcing strategies using cutting-edge techniques and identify top physician/APP talent. They will execute Humana’s Talent Acquisition model, develop and implement recruiting strategies, and consult as a strong influencer to hiring leaders. Responsibilities include aligning candidate sourcing with targeted positions, prescreening candidates, sourcing talent through various channels, negotiating offer terms, discussing employment agreements, and maintaining accurate candidate documentation within the applicant tracking system and CRM. The recruiter will also manage relationships with third-party search firms when needed.
