As a Talent Sourcer, you will partner with the recruiting team to gain a deep understanding of the hiring needs of teams across the organization, including but not limited to Engineering, Product, and Sales. You will own and drive sourcing and high-volume scheduling, while finding innovative ways to locate and engage top active and passive talent in the marketplace to support your team’s demanding pipeline. You will also act as an ambassador for ChowNow, getting people excited about us and ensuring they understand our culture and organization.
This is a 4-6 month temporary engagement. Reports to the Recruiting Manager. No direct reports. This is a remote role based in the United States.
