Requirements

  • Proven experience in building and prototyping solutions using tools like Zapier, LLM APIs, and other automation frameworks
  • Deep HR technology expertise with proven experience in launching and driving system implementations
  • Proficiency as a bob expert is preferred
  • Strong analytical skills and conceptual thinking in the pursuit of efficiency

Responsibilities

  • Guide the design and rollout of intelligent workflows, leveraging GenAI, automation, and self-serve tools to improve People & Culture processes and the employee experience
  • Act as the subject matter expert for our core HRIS, bob, working to implement new functionalities, manage integrations, and ensure the system operates at peak performance
  • Manage data integrity by establishing and executing on audit processes and frequencies, as well as developing mitigation strategies to address errors and redundancies
  • Drive continuous improvement through user feedback, iterative development, and data-driven decision making
  • Monitor, analyze and report on operational data, service metrics, and employee survey results to identify trends, surface inefficiencies, and implement improvements
  • Develop and roll out People & Culture analytics and reporting dashboards, including the preparation of any presentation metrics for senior leadership
  • Evolve legacy processes and systems toward a flexible, predictive, and insight-rich architecture
  • Build scalable solutions, intuitive tools, and documentation to ensure the long-term sustainability of people programs
  • Act as a thought partner and advisor to the wider People & Culture team, translating vision into reality and promoting AI, automation, and data literacy across the team
