Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience, and have 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, including 5-7 years as a strategic business partner to C-level leaders, with a strong track record of supporting revenue-generating and marketing teams in high-growth or scaling environments. They should demonstrate success in both strategic business partnering and hands-on HR execution, along with strong coaching and influencing skills, particularly with senior leaders and first-line managers, and proficiency in modern HR systems and data analysis tools.
The Senior People Team Business Partner will serve as the key People Team partner for the CRO and CMO, aligning people strategies with departmental goals to enable growth, performance, and employee engagement. They will set the strategic direction for HR business partnering within the GTM function, ensuring alignment with company-wide objectives and long-term business strategy. The role involves leading the development and execution of innovative HR programs that support employee development, performance management, and team effectiveness, acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and first-line managers, and navigating and leading through change while maintaining a strong, inclusive culture. Additionally, the role will oversee and drive key talent initiatives across the CRO and Marketing teams, such as workforce planning, succession management, and manager capability building, and partner with cross-functional HR teams to ensure a seamless and strategic people experience for the business, monitoring and analyzing business and people metrics to drive decision-making.
