Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess at least 6 years of progressive People/HR experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a Business Partner or strategic People Partner role, preferably within startup or high-growth organizations. Experience partnering with tech and growth teams in a remote-first, distributed environment is strongly preferred. Key qualifications include strong business acumen, data-orientation, impeccable judgment for navigating complex situations, high emotional intelligence for coaching and influencing, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with HR compliance and employment law is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Senior HR Business Partner will serve as a strategic partner to Growth & Technology functions, aligning people strategies with business goals to enable leader and team success. Key responsibilities include providing thought partnership and data-driven insights to leaders, guiding them through organizational change, managing performance review and calibration cycles, and implementing improvements to people processes based on feedback. The role also involves leading learning and development initiatives, anticipating organizational needs in areas like workforce planning and role design, advising managers on employee relations matters in partnership with legal counsel, and collaborating with the broader People team on cross-functional initiatives while ensuring compliance with all relevant laws.
