Senior People Business Partner (Remote)

Candidates should have experience in a People team, with experience in a People Partner capacity, supporting a global organization. Tech start-up and hyper growth experience is a plus, but not required. They must demonstrate discretion and sound judgment while working with sensitive and confidential materials, possess a proven ability to solve complex problems and identify root causes, be resourceful and take initiative to seek advice when needed, and have exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build relationships with employees. Fluency in English is required, and experience working remotely is considered a plus.
The Senior People Partner will act as a partner, enabler, and coach to leadership throughout the organization, own and manage employee relations issues, proactively create and implement initiatives and resources to support organizational growth, advocate for and serve as a resource for internal Remote employees, collaborate with colleagues globally, partner with leaders on various topics, serve as an escalation point for People issues, collaborate with other departments, own and execute the global offboarding process, mentor fellow People team members, identify trends and gaps, analyze people data, and exhibit a growth mindset with emotional intelligence. They will also partner closely with the rest of the People team on programs and initiatives.
