The People Analytics Partner will serve as a dedicated people analytics consultant to business functions, building relationships with leaders and HR partners. They will identify opportunities to solve business challenges using data, translate complex analyses into clear stories, and design/execute analyses on workforce trends and effectiveness. Responsibilities also include building analytical products, conducting deep-dive analyses, evaluating HR program impact, ensuring data quality, defining standard metrics, and partnering with data teams to improve data collection and scalability.
