Requirements

Candidates should have progressive experience in a People Operations (HR) generalist or coordination role, preferably within a high-growth, remote environment. They must be highly organized with strong attention to detail and possess the ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

The Senior People Operations Specialist will manage global onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire documentation, right to work checks, and background screens. They will also oversee global contract creation, process development and optimization for People tools and processes, and support international entity establishments. Additionally, this role involves acting as a point of contact for team member inquiries, managing global People templates, coordinating visa processes, preparing and submitting monthly payroll updates, and administering, enhancing, and auditing People systems to ensure data integrity.
