Experience in recruitment, probation, performance management, learning & development, and employee relations is necessary.
The Senior People Advisor will provide advice and training to employees and line managers on policies, procedures, and people management. They will identify and implement People initiatives, lead employee relations matters, and oversee the annual performance review and compensation processes. Additionally, they will lead the delivery of the Learning and Development plan, manage employee relocations and visa applications, and support the People Operations Team with payroll review and MI reporting.
