Requirements

Candidates should possess rich partner and/or sales experience in Non Profit technology, enabling them to easily interact with and engage partners at both the strategic and execution level. They should demonstrate a strong partner forward mentality, along with working experience and knowledge of partner management and project management. A strong candidate will have experience with partner co-selling.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Partner Manager, you will be instrumental in the continued development and execution of Virtuous’s GTM strategy with top tier partners, recruiting, developing, and creating a go-to-market strategy for co-selling, marketing, and revenue growth. You will be responsible for owning the relationships with high value partners and driving multi-threaded projects in support of overall business objectives. The role requires managing the partner program like a business, thinking strategically about all aspects of partner management including marketing, project management, selling, enablement, and more.
