This role is for a Staff Product Manager, Partner Systems, who is passionate about building and scaling world-class partner ecosystems in a fast-paced, growth-stage SaaS environment. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the interplay between technology and partner-driven business and will shape the future of Cribl's partner program. The role reports to the Director of Enterprise Applications.

Requirements

  • Seasoned Product Manager with experience building and scaling partner ecosystems.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, growth-stage SaaS environment.
  • Deep understanding of technology and partner-driven business.
  • Strong technical understanding of Salesforce, Allbound, Vartopia, and other partner applications.
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, NetSuite, and relevant sales and marketing tools.
  • Familiarity with CSP marketplaces (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Ability to define and track key metrics for partner systems.
  • Experience in stakeholder collaboration with teams like Field Operations, Partner Sales, Partner Marketing, Legal, and Finance.
  • Experience in vendor management with technology partners.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for partner-focused systems, including Allbound PRM, Vartopia, Salesforce, Tackle, Crossbeam, and related integrations.
  • Develop a profound understanding of the partner business model, including the needs of different partner types (resellers, services partners, marketplaces), their workflows, and critical data points.
  • Translate business requirements into effective and scalable technical solutions, working closely with the Enterprise Applications Engineering team.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve the partner experience through systems, making engagement, resource access, deal management, and performance tracking easier for partners.
  • Ensure seamless and efficient integrations between partner systems and core platforms.
  • Contribute to the product strategy for growing presence on CSP marketplaces.
  • Define and track key metrics to measure the success of partner systems, using data for prioritization and future investments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand their needs and ensure partner systems align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with technology vendors to maximize investment value.
