The Senior Partner Success Manager requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, accountability, and problem-solving abilities. Candidates should possess the ability to effectively convey insights and updates to diverse audiences, champion partner needs while aligning them with Mantra’s goals, and act as an owner by following through on commitments and solving problems. Experience in contract negotiation and renewal management is also necessary.
This role involves serving as the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of university partners, developing and executing strategic account plans, driving outcomes across renewal, expansion, and satisfaction, preparing and delivering executive-level presentations and QBRs, collaborating with internal teams, facilitating implementations and change management, and supporting partners through various transitions. The Sr. PSM will also manage renewals, scope expansions, and lead commercial conversations to reinforce partnership value and integrity.
