We are looking for a Senior Partner Success Manager (Sr. PSM) to lead and optimize strategic university partnerships as we scale. This role combines hands-on account leadership with strategic influence, focusing on the long-term success and growth of our institutional relationships within higher education. You will be responsible for increasing engagement, driving adoption, and achieving key outcomes such as renewals, expansions, and partner satisfaction. This position offers a significant opportunity to shape the future of collegiate mental healthcare by playing a pivotal role in partner strategy, retention innovation, and value delivery at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Account Ownership: Act as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of key university partners, developing and executing strategic account plans that align institutional objectives with Mantra’s services.
  • Retention & Growth Leadership: Drive outcomes related to renewals, expansions, and satisfaction by aligning value with partner priorities, leading contract discussions, and fostering account loyalty through multi-faceted engagement.
  • Data-Driven Storytelling: Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations, product demonstrations, and Quarterly/Executive Business Reviews (QBRs/EBRs) that translate utilization and outcomes data into compelling insights, reinforcing ROI and promoting partner advocacy.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal Clinical, Marketing, Product, and Implementation teams to ensure partner needs are met, feedback is incorporated, and new services are launched successfully.
  • Implementation and Change Management Facilitation: Support partners through implementations and transitions, such as leadership changes, evolving funding structures, or onboarding new campuses, by aligning stakeholders, facilitating adoption, and reinforcing long-term success.

Requirements

  • Communication: Clearly and effectively convey insights, updates, and value to diverse audiences, including deans of students and clinical directors, adapting communication style and format as needed.
  • Customer Focus: Champion partner needs while aligning them with Mantra’s objectives. Demonstrate trustworthiness, empathy, and a solutions-oriented approach with a focus on long-term impact.
  • Accountability: Exhibit ownership by following through on commitments, communicating proactively, and independently solving problems.
  • Problem Solving: Employ strategic and critical thinking, utilizing both data and intuition to diagnose issues and propose high-impact solutions that address root causes.
  • Collaboration: Build trust across internal functions and with clients, welcoming diverse perspectives and prioritizing shared success.
  • Contract Negotiation & Renewal Management: Confidently manage renewals, scope expansions, lead initial contractual negotiation discussions, and conduct commercial conversations that underscore partnership value and integrity.
  • Stakeholder Mapping & Multi-Threading: Effectively identify and engage with key stakeholders within partner organizations.
