The Senior Partner Account Manager must possess a sound technical understanding of UiPath technology and the ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution. Candidates should have experience building effective and enduring partner relationships and driving highly cross-functional processes. Experience in managing and growing business with a portfolio of partners, including global consulting partners, global systems integrators, local system integrators, technology alliances, value-added resellers, and distributors, is essential. The role requires close collaboration with regional partner teams and in-country sales leadership.
The Senior Partner Account Manager will manage and grow UiPath's business with partners in Indonesia, focusing on strategic and incubation partners. Responsibilities include influencing partner executives to develop their enterprise automation practices, solution development, customer engagement, certified resources, and marketing plans. The role involves driving partner experience, acting as the voice of partners internally, and owning Partner NSAT for assigned accounts. This individual will collaborate with internal teams such as direct sales, pre-sales, customer success, consulting, professional services, and value engineering to execute go-to-market plans, align partner strategies with country sales strategies, and prioritize investments for maximum business impact. Key activities include accelerating sales through partner activation, executing strategic partner sales and marketing plans to meet sales targets, driving business plan execution, identifying pipeline gaps, enabling selling teams, expanding the enterprise automation agenda with end customers, driving customer success and renewals, and upselling/cross-selling the automation platform. The role also involves cultivating joint sales engagement and influencing partner marketing investments.
