Responsibilities

  • Maintain a Safety-First culture in the food-based Fulfillment Center (FC), meeting site environmental, health, quality & safety performance metrics, and maintaining/exceeding OSHA, AIB, GMP, HACCP, FSSC, and FDA standards
  • Oversee day-to-day operations in the FC, driving performance to meet long- and short-term company goals; prepare operating reports, establish KPIs, and provide value-driven feedback to direct reports
  • Lead and motivate large cross-functional teams, including receiving, production, inventory control, and shipping; foster a collaborative and high-performance culture to meet or exceed operational goals
  • Champion continuous improvement efforts, identifying opportunities, implementing new processes and best practices, and ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration among warehouse departments; coordinate with logistics, inventory, and distribution teams for a cohesive supply chain
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve on-time delivery, maintain high product quality, and optimize turnover
  • Manage scheduling, oversee daily operations reports, and increase production through leadership and strategic action plans
  • Manage key aspects of the supply chain to ensure seamless and optimized operations
