Responsibilities

Provide operational leadership for three programs under Devoted Medical’s Specialty Care umbrella: Virtual Cardiology, Congestive Heart Failure (CHF), and Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD)
Drive operational results to achieve population quality outcomes, including 5-Star performance on related Medicare clinical Star measures
Reduce the rate of avoidable acute hospitalizations for Devoted members
Own a significant portion of (and creation of) the clinical operational agenda for Specialty Care’s Heart and Kidney Center, including tracking performance and implementing improvements
