Requirements

Candidates must possess at least 5 years of experience in infrastructure, network engineering/operations, security policy creation, and network segmentation implementation. A deep understanding of network protocols, topologies, and architectures, particularly LAN/Wi-Fi infrastructure, is essential, along with proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting network devices. Strong experience in Routing & Switching configuration with Arista, Juniper, or Cisco is required, including hands-on experience with OSPF and BGP routing protocols. Experience in creating internal and external DNS records and managing DNS zones, as well as renewing and managing certificates for public domains, is also necessary. Preferred qualifications include experience with Linux operating systems, Zscaler ZIA/ZPA certification, CCNP/JNCIP certifications, and network automation experience with tools like Python or Ansible.

Responsibilities

The Senior Network Engineer will manage IT projects such as network builds, upgrades, and migrations, ensuring seamless integration and adherence to performance and security standards. They will oversee network performance, resolve issues, optimize efficiency, and maintain Aruba Wi-Fi across corporate offices. Responsibilities also include prioritizing and addressing tickets in the IT Network queue within established SLAs, deploying and managing Zscaler security products like Branch Connectors and App Connectors, and administering DNS infrastructure. Additionally, the role involves generating and managing digital certificates for external applications and collaborating on Zero Trust Architecture projects to enhance network security and access control.
