Requirements

Candidates should have 5–7 years as a network/voice engineer delivering projects end-to-end, a solid background in routing and switching, experience with centralized firewall management (Palo Panorama, FortiManager, Cisco FMC), demonstrated experience tuning enterprise Wi-Fi, proven admin experience with Cloudflare or similar SASE edge, plus Zscaler or equivalent VPN/ZTNA, hands-on Zoom Phone (or Teams/8x8/RingCentral) deployment and number porting, scripting skills in Bash or Python, and a keen eye to spot the missing { in a JSON object.

Responsibilities

The Senior Network Engineer will architect, deploy, and run Ro’s LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN footprint, own Zoom Phone including number management, call routing, QoS, E-911, analytics, and user training, monitor and tune network performance, root-cause packet-level issues, enforce zero-trust principles, automate network and telephony configs via IaC, write implementation plans, handle L3 escalations and document fixes, and participate in an on-call rotation to maintain uptime.
