Requirements

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, with a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in marketing, preferably in SaaS, cloud, or IT security enterprise software. Experience delivering effective demand generation campaigns and programs that are integrated and multi-channel is required, as well as the ability to analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization.

Responsibilities

As the Regional Marketing Manager for India, the individual will be responsible for developing and executing the marketing plan for the region, including the Account-Based Marketing plan, and managing integrated campaigns and programs both online and offline. This includes rolling out campaigns, managing local marketing agencies, localizing international campaigns, collaborating with sales and product marketing teams, and providing quarterly business reporting and analysis on all programs and campaigns run in the region. They will also be tasked with identifying audience segmentation, executing the marketing mix recommendation, and reporting on results against targets such as responses, marketing qualified leads, and sales qualified leads.
