Responsibilities

The Senior Manager, Technology Operations & Strategy will supervise the depth and breadth of IT services for the company, including IT Helpdesk, building AV equipment, laptop management, Enterprise Collaboration tooling, and HQ large meetings/events requiring hands-on IT support. They will lead a team of IT operations professionals, which includes system administrators, IT helpdesk support staff, asset management personnel, and office building AV engineers. The role involves formulating and enforcing IT policies and best practices, establishing and tracking key performance indicators, collaborating with various teams across the organization, overseeing the IT portfolio and setting priorities, managing software and contract, collaborating with the security team, driving continuous improvement of IT operations, managing the IT budget, and providing leadership and development opportunities for the IT team.
