A minimum of five years of sales experience in orthopedic medical devices, preferably in foot and ankle, is required. The role also requires two years of experience in sales coaching and development, leading direct sales teams, and comfort working in an Operating Room environment instructing surgeons. The ability to travel up to 70%, including overnight stays, is necessary.
