The Senior Manager - Revenue FPA will implement organizational strategies by managing resources and leading a team, including setting direction, deploying resources, and guiding employees through goal setting and performance reviews. They will conduct financial analyses, research economic progressions, develop financial plans and budgets, interpret financial reports, and maintain relationships with the investment and banking communities. Responsibilities include managing team performance, improving operating efficiency through new procedures and systems, adapting departmental plans to address challenges, and prioritizing projects. The role involves providing technical mentorship, evaluating business processes, coordinating financial and budget activities, reviewing performance data, motivating and developing employees, and preparing financial reports and presentations for business follow-up, planning, and control. Additionally, they will coordinate the monthly accounting close, forecast budget activities, and conduct sophisticated analyses of business initiatives, competitors, and potential mergers and acquisitions to guide business decisions.
