Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, with an MBA or professional certifications like CPA, CFA, or FP&A being a plus. A minimum of 8-10 years of progressive finance experience is required, preferably including FP&A leadership in a growth-stage SaaS or tech company, or experience in investment banking, management consulting, or venture capital/private equity. Fluency in advanced financial modeling and planning tools, such as Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive, or Planful, along with top-tier Excel/Google Sheets skills, is essential. A strategic mindset with strong operational business acumen and exceptional communication skills are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Director of FP&A will own and evolve the company's financial operating model, lead annual planning and rolling forecast cycles, and deliver management packages, investor materials, and KPI dashboards. This role involves partnering with senior leaders to connect strategy with financial outcomes, providing strategic decision support through scenario analyses, and driving innovation in FP&A processes and technology. The Director will also establish scalable processes and best practices to support a growing team.
