Responsibilities

  • Act as Principal Investigator for patient insights research projects
  • Design and execute patient and provider insights studies
  • Contribute to patient experience and insights thought leadership through conference presentations and publication
  • Support response to client RFPs
  • Manage staff including interviewing, selection, professional development, goal setting, and performance management
  • Develop and build long-lasting client relationships
  • Provide advice on patient insights strategy and appropriate scientific solutions
  • Delegate effectively
  • Interpret data with attention to detail
  • Communicate complex information and ideas clearly
