Procore is seeking a Senior Manager, Partner Tools & Process to own and optimize GTM systems including Salesforce, PRM, Gong, Outreach, Demandbase, and internal CS tools. This role is part of the GTM Technology & Process team, collaborating with sales, marketing, CS, and IT to drive improvements, process optimization, and new capabilities. The position reports to the Senior Director, GTM Tech and Process.
Responsibilities
- Lead the ongoing optimization and simplification of the GTM experience (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, PS) in Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, Demandbase, and internal tools.
- Propose and lead initiatives for implementing new processes and optimizing existing technologies and methodologies.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Handle inbound feature requests, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely responses.
- Offer expert guidance and training to users on Salesforce and other GTM capabilities.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in customer experience strategies by staying updated on industry trends and platform updates.
- Identify business problems with stakeholders and drive appropriate functional solutions/approaches.
- Support testing cycles (UAT, regression, system) and/or training material development.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and related platforms, with a proven track record in business process optimization.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience as an enterprise product manager or similar role in an enterprise company.
- End-to-end experience implementing PRM.
- Deep understanding of the Lead-To-Quote business process (Campaigns, Lead, Account, Contact, Opportunity, Quote) and supporting technologies (Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud).
- Experience working in an agile development environment, with a proven track record of leading successful Salesforce projects from concept to delivery.
- Strong negotiation skills for developing scope requirements and defending system capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with various business stakeholders.
- Concise technical writing skills.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
