Candidates should possess a minimum of 8 years of experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and related platforms, demonstrating a proven track record in business process optimization, and at least 5 years of experience as an enterprise product manager or similar role in an enterprise company. They should have end-to-end experience implementing PRM, a deep understanding of the Lead-To-Quote business process, and experience working in an agile development environment, with a proven track record of leading successful Salesforce projects. Strong negotiation skills and concise technical writing skills are also required. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
As a Senior Manager, Partner Tools & Process, the individual will lead the ongoing optimization and simplification of Procore’s GTM systems, including Salesforce, PRM, Gong, Outreach, Demandbase, and internal CS tools, partnering with sales, marketing, CS, and IT stakeholders to drive improvement and net new capabilities. They will work closely with Revenue teams to optimize the GTM experience for Sellers, Marketers, and Customer Success, propose and lead initiatives to implement new processes and technologies, provide expert guidance and training to users, and support testing cycles and training materials. The role involves collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to identify business problems and drive functional solutions, and continuously improving customer experience strategies by staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.
