Opportunity: Senior Product Manager

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our product crew and lead the experience around Sensors and internal workflows that power our members’ treatment journeys. In this role, you’ll be responsible for shaping how members interact with the sensors that fuel our Digital Twin — from first-time setup to daily data sync — and ensuring our support team’s workflows are efficient and scalable.

You’ll be at the intersection of consumer-grade product design, agentic automation, and IoT health sensors, with the chance to create a gold-standard experience that will eventually scale to hundreds of thousands of members.

Product managers at Twin lead our product development from start to finish, leading cross-functional teams of product designers, backend and mobile engineers, member support operations, and clinical stakeholders. To succeed in this role, you possess the ability to deeply understand a complex industry, have a passion for improving the lives of members, identify the most impactful opportunities, empathize with members, make prioritization trade-offs, and transform complex problems into easy-to-use solutions. Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end member experience for sensors — from onboarding and setup to ongoing sync and daily use across the treatment journey.
• Own and lead continuous improvements to area metrics such as sensor self-setup success rate, sensor engagement, sensor sentiment, and member support team time.
• Define and drive product strategy for integrating third-party health sensors (e.g., CGMs, BP cuffs, Smart scale, and fitness wearables) into the member and internal support experience.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product design, engineering, member support, and clinical teams to identify friction points and ship intuitive, scalable solutions.
• Manage the full product lifecycle, including discovering and prioritizing problems, documenting workflows, writing specifications, guiding feature development, managing roll-outs, gathering user feedback, and evaluating outcomes.
