Proven leadership in DEI strategy design and implementation, with expertise in learning program design, instructional methodologies, and leadership development is required. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, experience coaching and managing multicultural teams, and familiarity with learning technology platforms and data-driven approaches are also necessary. Fluency in English and a commitment to Wikimedia's values are essential, with the ability to travel as needed.
The Senior Manager will define and execute the People Growth & Belonging strategy, lead and develop a team, and oversee the Engagement & Inclusion Survey. They will drive DEI strategy and initiatives, support Employee Resource Groups, and champion inclusive leadership development. The role also involves overseeing L&D programs, collaborating with various HR functions to embed DEI and L&D principles, and developing methods to assess initiative impact. Additionally, they will serve as a strategic advisor to the VP, People Growth & Belonging.
