Requirements

Responsibilities

The Senior Manager, People will partner with leaders across engineering, product, and go-to-market to align people strategy with business goals. This role involves coaching managers on leadership, performance, feedback, and team health, as well as leading and executing core HR programs such as performance reviews, compensation cycles, engagement surveys, and DEI initiatives. Responsibilities also include handling employee relations with empathy and sound judgment, using data and insights to drive decisions and address trends, and collaborating with Recruiting, L&D, and People Ops to create a seamless employee experience. The role will champion Anyscale's values and help embed them into everyday practices.
