Requirements

Candidates must reside in or be willing to relocate to Milwaukee, WI, possess an active Health Insurance license, and have 6+ years of insurance industry experience. A minimum of 2 years of sales leadership experience is required, along with strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Proficiency with computers, mobile apps, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is necessary. A valid driver's license, personal vehicle liability insurance with 100/300/100 limits, and reliable high-speed DSL or cable internet (25x10 Mbps) are mandatory. A passion for improving consumer experiences is also required.

Responsibilities

The Senior Manager, Medicare Sales will coach, mentor, educate, motivate, and train a team of Medicare Sales Field Agents selling individual health plan products and other Humana offerings. This role involves understanding the market, resolving operational problems, and implementing creative sales solutions while adhering to CMS guidelines. Responsibilities include cultivating and maintaining relationships with customers and business partners through various communication channels, developing marketing budgets, identifying branding opportunities, and guiding independent/contracted agents.
