Candidates should possess 6 or more years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing roles, preferably within B2B, SaaS, or marketplace environments, and demonstrated proficiency with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot and Salesforce, with Salesforce experience being preferred. They should also have experience implementing and optimizing marketing strategies utilizing AI-powered tools, a strong understanding of segmentation strategy, user behavior modeling, and trigger-based automation, and comfort collaborating across product, sales, content, and technical teams. A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field, with an advanced degree being a plus, is required.
The Senior Manager, Lifecycle Marketing will be responsible for designing and executing lifecycle programs across onboarding, reactivation, loyalty, and win-back stages, creating and managing triggered campaigns based on behavioral data and customer segmentation, partnering with product and customer success to identify key journey moments, owning campaign planning, testing, and optimization, managing Xometry’s email marketing program as a lifecycle engagement channel, developing audience segmentation frameworks, implementing and refining behavioral triggers, collaborating with content, design, and operations teams to ensure high-quality execution, defining KPIs and owning reporting for lifecycle and retention programs, building and maintaining a deep understanding of customer behavior, continuously testing subject lines, timing, sequencing, content and creative to optimize outcomes, translating insights into recommendations to inform product roadmap and customer-facing messaging, and collaborating with Product to support feature adoption, partnering with Content & Engagement Marketing to ensure message alignment, working closely with Sales and Customer Success to surface opportunities for proactive outreach, and coordinating with Growth and Analytics teams to develop dashboards.
