This role involves leading and managing a team of Informatics Sales Specialists covering the Americas, with a primary focus on the United States, to drive sales of Illumina’s Informatics/Data Analysis business.   • Ensure customer satisfaction and continuously improve service delivery.

  • Work with management to establish territory quotas and achieve sales plans.
  • Control team expenses within assigned budgets.

  • Utilize and maintain sales analytics tools to meet team needs.
  • Ensure a high level of liaison with other departments (e.g., Regional and Product Marketing/Management, Customer Support).
