Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree and possess at least 10 years of experience in sales, with a strong focus on informatics sales or a related field. Demonstrated leadership experience managing sales teams is essential, along with a deep understanding of bioinformatics products and services.
As the Senior Manager, Informatics Sales Specialists, you will develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue quotas, lead and manage a team of Informatics Sales Specialists, ensure customer satisfaction, monitor market trends, establish territory quotas, control expenses, and provide feedback and development plans to the team. You will also be responsible for ensuring Illumina’s values are followed by all staff and utilizing sales analytics tools effectively.
Supports genomics startups through funding and resources
